Role Description:
- This is a full time on site role for a Customer Relations Representative located in Semarang, The Customer Relations Represetantive is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. The Customer Relations Represetantive also works closely with other teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service on related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
