Job Responsibility Sales Supervisor Retail:
1. Menjual produk Makanan & Minuman ke pasar (MT & GT)
2. Menciptakan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan Customer
3. Membuat Monthly report
4. Mencapai target penjualan bulanan dengan membuat proyek baru sambil mempertahankan bisnis yang sudah ada
5. Berorientasi pada pelanggan dengan keterampilan negosiasi yang baik
6. Berorientasi pada pencapaian atau hasil
Kualifikasi :
1. Gelar Sarjana (S1) lebih disukai di bidang Food Tech dan Marketing Management
2. Pengalaman kerja sebagai Supervisor atau Senior Sales yang yang terbiasa dengan Retail MT & GT selama minimum 2 tahun
3. Memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) A / C
4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan kepemimpinan yang baik
5. Minimum basic dlam berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
